Job Title: Landscape Designer
A family-owned and operated garden center and landscape company, established in 1998. The company has a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces. This position will be part of the landscape operations supporting ownership, management and customers.
Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced (0-3 years) Landscape Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional outdoor living spaces that meet client needs and exceed expectations. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members throughout the entire design and construction process.
Key Responsibilities

Design outdoor spaces to meet expressed client goals, budget and aesthetics.

Develop design package to present to client, include design and estimate for customer approval

Research and select appropriate plant materials, hardscape elements and other landscape features

Collaborate with other team members and contractors to ensure the project goes according to plan

Assist with project management tasks as needed. (scheduling, purchasing etc.)
Qualifications
-
Minimum associate’s degree in landscaping, horticulture or other related field.

0-3 minimum years’ experience in landscape design

Strong understanding of landscape design principles

Excellent communication skills
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and origination skills
-
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
